Processing Time: Crafting your custom-made bracelet takes 2-3 business days to make. To expedite this, please provide your wrist size and a valid address. Once received, your order is promptly prepared for shipping.

Shipping Carriers: We utilize DHL Worldwide Express or FedEx International Priority Shipping for our deliveries worldwide, ensuring delivery within 1 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that shipments cannot be directed to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Duties and Fees: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes. As per international laws, these fees are not included in your orders. You are responsible for addressing any local customs and duties associated with your order. We are legally obligated to disclose the total value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

If an order is refused, you assume responsibility for shipping expenses and any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping.
